Sales Tax
Pennsylvania residents, a 6% sales tax will be added to the subtotal amount of your order.
Damaged Items and Returns
The staff at English's Country Corner takes extra care in packaging your order, but please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the shipment is damaged or incomplete upon arrival, please call us (1-717-626-1150) and refer to your original packing slip. All returns must have prior authorization to be accepted. No Returns after 5 days. All other returns must be made within 5 days and will incur a 15% restocking fee.

If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online. You may mail or fax in your order. Place your order using the shopping cart and when you are ready to checkout select the mail in option.

4 - 6 weeks standard. This varies, depending on Cabin Creek's workload and time of year. Custom orders take longer.

Customer pick up: No Charge if we have the piece at the shop already.
Federal Express: Standard Rates
Common Carrier: Usually 20 - 30%, depending on destination
Claims
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Inform the carrier immediately if damage is noted or has occurred. All claims should be made directly to the carrier. Please notify English's Country Corner subsequently or at time of delivery should you have a question regarding a claim.
